Do I need a background in medical aesthetics to join the team?

It depends on the role. Clinical and provider positions require licensure and relevant experience. For non-clinical roles, formal industry experience is not required, but genuine interest in aesthetics and wellness is. It shows in how you talk about the work, how you show up for clients, and how you engage with your team. We can teach the specifics of what we do. We cannot manufacture passion for it.

What does the team culture actually feel like day to day?

People share books they are reading, health goals they are working toward, things they are trying to improve. You do not have to have it all figured out. You just have to be genuinely working on something. This is one of the things that makes this team different, and it is something we protect.

What does training look like?

Our founder Michelle is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in the people on this team. She built this practice from the ground up and still works closely with the team every week. She leads with high standards and real warmth. She will push you to grow and she will celebrate your wins. The culture here comes directly from her, and it is one of the reasons people stay.

What happens in the first 90 days?

Training here is structured and thorough. Your first month focuses on learning our tech stack, service menu, SOPs, and how we operate as a team. You will have access to detailed documentation for every aspect of your role from day one. No one is thrown in and expected to figure it out. By the second month you are shadowing and practicing. By the third, you are doing the work and being measured against clear performance targets. The goal is that by day 90 you feel fully grounded in what you are doing and why.

Will I be trained on the services, even if my role is not clinical?

Yes. Everyone on the team shadows our services during onboarding. You do not need to understand how to perform a treatment, but you need to understand what it does, why a client would want it, and how to speak about it with confidence. We are all ambassadors for what we do here, regardless of role.

Do I get to use the services?

Yes. Team members receive complimentary access to our services, valued at $2,400 to $4,800 annually. We believe our team should experience what we offer firsthand. It makes you a better ambassador for the brand, and frankly, it is one of the best parts of working here.

Is there a professional development budget?

Yes. We invest in the people who invest in us. We offer a professional development budget to support continued learning, certifications, and growth in your field.

Are roles at Oceana Luxe on-site or remote?

All of our roles are on-site at our Corpus Christi location. The nature of what we do, and the culture we have built, requires us to be present with each other and with our clients. We do not offer remote or hybrid arrangements.

Is there a uniform or dress code?

Yes. The entire team wears scrubs. We believe a unified clinical presentation elevates the client experience and reinforces the standard of care we hold ourselves to.

Is a background check required?

Yes. A background check is required for all positions at Oceana Luxe Medspa.

How do I apply?
