Who We Are

Oceana Luxe Medspa is a premier luxury aesthetic wellness center in Corpus Christi, TX. Built by a cardiovascular nurse with decades of medical expertise, we exist to take people from surviving to thriving. We offer six service pillars: skin health, functional medicine, sexual wellness, body contouring, regenerative medicine, and a robust membership program - across 6,000 square feet with a growing corporate wellness division. Every week, the team shares client wins and personal growth updates. It's a culture of mutual accountability that's warm and impactful.

What You Will Accomplish

  • First 30 Days – Immerse in our tech stack and service menu. Begin daily posting and lead follow-up.

    You won't start from scratch. While we welcome you bringing your own spin, detailed SOPs for every aspect of this role exist and are yours from day one.

    Target: 5% revenue lift.

  • Days 31-60 – Own the content calendar. Work with our meta ads partner on performance pivots.

    Target: 10% revenue growth.

  • Days 61-90 – Build your first full quarterly campaign with measurable ROAS.

    Target: 20% revenue growth.

What You Will Do

If you're looking for a pure creative role, this isn't it. If you're energized by owning results end-to-end, from the content you create to the clients it brings through the door, read on.

  • Film & Gather Content Walk the spa daily to film treatments - knowing the right angles, compliance rules, and how to work safely around laser equipment.

  • Edit & Produce Turn raw footage into platform-ready content using Canva. Done and posted beats perfect and delayed.

  • Create Compliant Content Navigate Meta's medical aesthetics restrictions while producing content that drives bookings.

  • Manage the Meta Relationship Direct our outsourced ads partner weekly - reviewing performance, driving pivots, owning results.

  • Drive Email & SMS Weekly email and SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel aligned to promotions and bookings.

  • Show Up for the Brand Represent Oceana Luxe at local events, sponsorships, and community collaborations

You'll Thrive in This Role If You

  • Move fast and don't wait for perfect.

  • Are comfortable both behind AND in front of the camera, including representing the brand at events.

  • Are a natural people person - you'll be walking into treatment rooms daily to film clients mid-treatment and providers mid-procedure. Reading the room, building rapport quickly, and knowing when to step back are all part of this job.

  • Know Canva well - Edits, CapCut, or TikTok's native editor are strong pluses.

  • Understand how Meta works in regulated industries and are willing to learn our compliance requirements fast.

  • Are genuinely interested in aesthetics and wellness. It shows in your content when you are.

Experience We're Looking For

2 - 4 years in marketing, content, or social media roles, including at least 1 - 2 years hands-on with:

  • Filming and editing short-form video - Reels, TikTok, or similar

  • Writing captions, hooks, and story sequences that stop the scroll

  • Managing content calendars and collaborating with a business owner or marketing lead

Ideal but not required:

  • Prior experience in beauty, wellness, fitness, med spa, or healthcare content

  • Some exposure to Meta Ads Manager - even if an outside agency owned budget and strategy
