On-Site Role in Corpus Christi, TX: This is a full-time, on-site position at our 6,000 sq ft luxury medspa. You’ll work alongside a close-knit, high-accountability clinical team every day.

First 30 Days
Complete all onboarding, clinical orientation, and protocol training.
Reach consistent daily patient volume of 7–10+ clients and operate as full clinical authority.
You’ll be confident, credentialed, and ready, no longer ramping, fully producing.
Days 31-60
Build an active medical weight loss panel from the ground up, achieving 75%+ follow-up retention.
Establish a hormone optimization practice converting 70%+ of consultations into active treatment plans.
Patients are returning for labs, adjustments, and follow-up protocols on your schedule.
Days 61-90
Perform injectables, regenerative treatments, and clinical consultations at a volume that drives meaningful monthly revenue.
Serve as a clinical backbone for a provider team, the go-to for complex cases and treatment planning decisions.

Conduct new patient consultations and close treatment plans across weight loss, hormones, functional medicine and aesthetics, confidently handling cost objections and hesitation
Administer Botox, dermal fillers, facial balancing, biostimulants, regenerative products and advanced injectable treatments with clinical precision
Perform comprehensive hormone evaluations while offering pellet insertions, TRT, peptides, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), O-Shot, P-Shot, FemTouch, and regenerative joint injections
Manage active hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and medical weight loss patient panels, prescriptions, labs, monitoring, and follow-ups
Review all client charts and medical histories to proactively identify contraindications before they become problems. Collaborate with the medical director on site.
Document every patient encounter same-day, every time, zero outstanding charts at week’s end
Elevate every provider on the team by serving as the clinical authority, the standard everyone else aspires to
Have 3 - 6+ years of NP experience in a medspa, functional medicine practice, hormone clinic, or high-volume wellness setting
Are proficient across both aesthetics (Botox, fillers, facial balancing) AND wellness (hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, GLP-1s, pellet insertions, sexual wellness), not siloed in one lane
Have worked in a fee-for-service or production-based clinical environment and can speak to your own patient volume and revenue contribution
Close treatment plans with confidence, handling cost objections, fear, and hesitation without folding
Are genuinely motivated by earning potential, not just clinical autonomy
Are fully comfortable discussing sensitive topics daily, sexual wellness, body image, hormones, weight, with warmth and zero judgment
Chart same-day, manage a multi-program panel, and stay ahead of follow-ups without being reminded
Are looking for clinical ownership and uncapped income, not another corporate box to check
